A new pizza eatery that makes tasty pizza pies in a flash plans to open in the El Dorado Hills Town Center soon.
The owner of Formaggio Pizza Express spent years in the industry and is now betting on himself with a business of his own.
Formaggio, which is “cheese” in Italian, will focus on high-quality pizza combinations and wings that are served quickly for dine in or to take home.
The 1,200-square-foot building at located at 4390 Town Center Boulevard will be renovated into a modern Italian-style pizza establishment.
Honoring its name, Formaggio will offer a variety of cheeses in its pizza lineup.
