A new hotel that will cater to the next-generation traveler is heading to El Dorado Hills Town Center near the Regal Cinemas.

Developers are gearing up for construction of the Aloft by Marriot later this month. Known for its purposeful environments that bring people together, the hotel leans on technology to enhance the travel experience.

Featuring modern amenities, the hotel will be a favorite among guests who love their tech. For instance, guests will be able to access their rooms using phone-activated keys and can control aspects of their rooms using their voice.

Guests will also find what they have come to expect from a full-service hotel, including a fitness center, meeting rooms, pool and lounge and bar.

Aloft offers grab-and-go food options and 24/7 snacks and small bites. The menu is packed with sweet and savory items. On-trend food ingredients are also a staple and are used for Aloft’s breakfast pots and wrap. Check out the menu here.

The four-story hotel will include more than 100 units and is expected to cost $26 million.

Leaders of El Dorado Hills welcome the development, which will provide tourism revenue and encourage further economic activity in the region.

Aloft has a presence around the world and in the Bay Area. Visitors can book a room at Aloft in more than 25 countries.

The hotel site was previously held by Town Center’s Holiday Inn.
