Looking for an incredible dining experience that puts the spotlight on seafood?
Then here are three restaurants you should sample for yourself. From casual dining to a special night out, you will not be disappointed with the lineup of zesty fish tacos, perfectly baked Alaskan halibut dishes and their other delicious seafood entrees.
Thirty years ago, two partners came together and launched an extraordinary culinary journey that led to the locally owned Sienna Restaurant.
The goal was to create an atmosphere that radiates wine country and suburban living. They got it done. Diners will immediately notice the warm ambiance and then light up more with excitement over the extensive menu and memorable dining experience.
The Chili Alaskan halibut is made with macadamia nuts, Thai chili sauce, cilantro rice and fresh pineapple salsa. Honey-nut crust and sparkling wine sauce are the foundation for the sparkling salmon dish, which comes with parmesan whipped potatoes and green beans.
Another go-to seafood entrée is the seared Scallop Risotto made with three jumbo scallops, smoked bacon, wild mushrooms risotto and roasted corn with demi glaze.
The restaurant serves up other seafood and non-seafood dishes, including pasta, steaks, prime rib, short ribs, vegetable dishes, shrimp pasta and much more.
Here’s the down low on the LO Restaurant. It’s a modern establishment that shakes and pours handcrafted cocktails and serves top-notch American dishes.
Visitors come back for the hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood and tempting sandwiches and salads.
For starters, try the ahi poke tacos with mango, avocado and peanut sauce. Or, maybe the crispy and tender calamari is more your speed.
The entrees include the blackened salmon with sauteed spinach, cilantro rice, chipotle mango sauce and pineapple salsa. Other seafood dishes at Land Ocean are the macadamia nut crusted Chilean sea bass, spice crusted ahi tuna, surf and turf plate with teriyaki Wagyu sirloin, three tempura prawns, coconut sauce and mashed potatoes. Cold water lobster tails can be ordered, as well.
Looking for something a little more casual? Rubio’s Coastal Grill has got you covered with all-time favorite dishes, Baja-style fish tacos and other Mexican-infused seafood entrees.
Topped with juicy shrimp, the cauliflower rice bowl is seasoned with citrus and cilantro and is stacked with romaine lettuce, black beans, guacamole, salsa fresca, creamy chipotle sauce, and choice of roasted chipotle salsa or salsa verde.
On the taco menu, customers choose from a long list of seafood protein including grilled shrimp, fish, wild-caught mahi mahi, salsa verde shrimp, wild Alaska salmon and more. You can add any of the seafood options to the burritos and Rubio’s famous bowls and salads.
